Our Beer

We aim to stay true to the original style of the beer while creating a flavour and aroma profile that is distinctly TLBC.

Our beers are crafted from the freshest, finest quality, all natural ingredients available - malted grain (barley and wheat), hops, yeast and the excellent local water. Some of our beer styles contain speciality spices to give them extra complexity and flavour.

Our beers are never pasteurised so they retain their flavour. No preservatives or additives are used, which is great for the morning after the night before. As we do not pasteurise our beer, or use preservatives and additives, we recommend that our beer is stored in a cool place. Our beer is best served in a glass.

We released our first range of beer under the Wicked Elf label and the beer is available all the time. Our second range, Mad Abbot, is 'limited release' at this stage. Watch this website for the next release.

The Wicked Elf packaging range, designed by Cuttlefish Design, was awarded a silver medal at the 2008 Australian International Beer Awards in Melbourne.
